Why Kouchi Was Born
Covid was difficult for everyone — and for our family too. We had just invested our entire life savings into a new home. We had three-year-old twin children. And suddenly, both my wife and I lost our jobs.
There was no safety net. Only uncertainty, pressure, and deep mental stress. In search of clarity, I turned to coaching — and that's when I realized something deeply uncomfortable:
- Coaching was not affordable.
- Coaching was not accessible.
- And often, coaching was not authentic.
This journey wasn't mine alone. My wife and I went through this phase together — supporting each other through uncertainty, fear, and hope. Without her belief, strength, and emotional support, Kouchi would never have been possible.
What started as a search for clarity in our hardest time became the foundation of Kouchi — built to ensure no one has to face growth, change, or struggle without access to real support.
